The USO works to provide entertainment to America’s military and their families through critical mission-related engagements and events. While we are unable to guarantee support for your event, we will do our best to determine any potential options and/or provide you with guidance on best next steps.



What type of request are you submitting?

In-Person Entertainment 

Global Entertainment provides a wide variety of in-person events focused on bringing high quality entertainment to our troops and their families. 

Requests for USO Global Entertainment In-Person events must be received no less than:   

  • For STATESIDE locations – no less than 6 months from your preferred event date.   
  • For OVERSEAS locations (INCLUDING Hawaii & Alaska) - no less than 8 months from your preferred event date.   

If your request does not meet the above timeline, we encourage you to continue submission for review. Please note that requests are reviewed at the end of each subsequent quarter (e.g. Q1 requests are reviewed in April etc.) Submission of your request does not guarantee fulfillment by USO Global Entertainment. We work diligently to provide as many engagements as possible and will respond to your request within 10 business days.   

Military Virtual Programming (MVP) Event 

The USO's Military Virtual Programming Series (MVP) provides virtual engagements with Talent to entertain or visit with any Military location around the world. This unique programming allows the talent to see/hear the audience watching in real time. Requests for MVP sessions must be received no less than 90 days prior to your preferred event date. Please note that requests are reviewed at the end of each subsequent quarter (e.g. requests submitted during Q1 are reviewed in April etc.) Submission of a request does not guarantee fulfillment by USO Global Entertainment.  We will respond to your request within 5 business days. 

Talent Submission 

USO's tradition of supporting service members stretches back to our beginnings in 1941. In an effort to boost our military's morale, USO teamed up with some of our country's brightest stars to produce concerts, meet-and-greets and other interactive events for our service members at home and overseas. Submission of your request does not guarantee fulfillment by USO Global Entertainment. We work diligently to provide as many entertainment engagements as possible and will respond to your request within 10 business days
