USO San Diego Camp Pendleton Resource Request Form

USO San Diego | Camp Pendleton provides Commands, Units, Ombudsmen, Uniformed/Deployment Readiness Officers or Branch Equivalent support with morale goods such as: snacks, drinks, door prizes, etc.

Commands are free to list their wants however please keep in mind that the USO San Diego | Camp Pendleton will do their best to fulfill requests but are not guaranteed.

Request Policy

Requests are to be submitted at least TWO weeks prior to “pick-up date”.
Priority will be given to commands preparing for, returning from, or currently on deployment or an extended exercise (8+ weeks), or in a remote location
No command, unit, or representative shall exceed ONE request submissions in the given quarter unless approved by USO San Diego | Camp Pendleton Operations Manager
A USO San Diego | Camp Pendleton Representative will be in contact with you upon receipt of request and will confirm support details. If items are needing to be a pick-up, a USO staff member will coordinate that with command representative. No submission is approved or denied without an email received from the supporting manager (please note you will receive an automatic response from Formstack, this is only to let you know we have received the request)
No-shows or late cancelations are taken seriously and will affect the ability to request USO support in the future.
USO staff and volunteers love to attend events. If you request USO representatives to attend your event please have a table and two chairs ready for them at your event.
The primary or secondary POC listed on the request must be the POCs picking up the fulfilled request. (No exceptions.) If there is a change after the initial request has been sent please resubmit with the correction of name/s.
Items given are not to be substituted for other items/uses and cannot be used to fundraise.

Fulfilled Requests - Please note that this will be after you have received confirmation from a USO Representative.

If you are in San Diego your fulfilled request can be picked up at USO San Diego Warehouse located at 7925 Dunbrook Road - Suite G – San Diego, CA 92126. Pick-ups will be available only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am- 1pm.
If you are on Camp Pendleton your fulfilled request can be picked up at the USO Camp Pendleton Center located at 1104 Vandegrift Blvd, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. Pick-ups on Camp Pendleton will be available only on Wednesdays between 1pm- 4pm.
